How much does it cost to work with you?
You can have an initial call with me – what I call an Enquiry Call – free of charge and obligation. The call works for both of us – you get to meet me and see if you think I am someone who you could work with, and find out more about how that would work.
And I will ask you about your reasons for getting in touch, to understand the challenges that you are looking for help with, and see if I think I can help you.
My standard package is £900, based around 6 1-hour coaching sessions.
What is coaching, anyway?
The simplest explanation is that whereas counselling tends to deal with problems from the past, coaching looks to moving you toward a future scenario.
The ICF (International Coaching Federation) defines it as follows:
“The ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.”
Is it for me?
Have you ever gone around and around in your head, trying to solve a problem but been totally unable to? Maybe it’s kept you awake at night? And you can’t understand why you can’t fix it?
A coach will bring a new perspective. Through incisive questioning, he or she will help you see things in a completely different way, ways that were previously not open to you.
You have the answers… you just don’t know it.
Most coaches passionately believe that everyone needs a coach! We believe that coaching is a superpower.
How long will it take?
Typically, six sessions will enable you to make the breakthroughs that you need, hence that is the standard package that I recommend.
If you have a good idea of what you want already, three sessions might be sufficient but most people need six as that includes time to deal with blockers and keep you on track.
It is also possible to work with me for longer, either on an ad-hoc basis (after six sessions), or to buy a regular session.
